Torch of Love - Bringing the Light of Love into our Darkest Places

All of our deepest, most painful wounds are coming to the surface at this powerful time, and it is all happening for us if we allow it.

We are in a time of great expansion, growth and awakening, both individually and collectively. And in order to fully integrate and evolve into our highest selves; a deep, grounded, embodied state of light, love and peace, we must first face and integrate our darkness, our wounds, our trauma, our shadow side.

We must face our painful hidden pieces, the parts that we are sure are not worthy of love or those that have felt too scary to face, we must look at them directly, and we must love them back into wholeness, for they too are worthy of love. This is how we change the world. Each of us starting within ourselves and bringing the light of love into the deepest shadows and darkest places.
