A Moment of Grace

This time in consciousness is bringing accelerated growth and change, and this can feel like pressure coming in from all sides.

Tension, overwhelm and anxiety can be very common, as our bodies are holding so much for us right now.

In this short guided practice we will be connecting with our bodies and the parts of ourselves who have been working so hard, and providing a moment of grace, space, and gratitude.

Through breath, attention and presence, even ten minutes can give enough spaciousness for deep healing and give your sweet body a break.

Take a moment to say "thank you body" and give gratitude for yourself and the parts of you who have been working so hard and feeling so much.
