  • ​"Kitchen Table" Support:

    • High level help for those with a more simple divorce who want to do it on their own, but are unsure of the process, getting stuck on one or two major decisions, or are getting thrown off track with difficult emotions.  

    • 10 hours of phone or Zoom support plus email support, paperwork review, behind the scenes review (budget, assets, analysis), spreadsheet creation, etc.

  • Full Support: ​

    • Dedicated, individualized support for those with a non-contentious divorce to walk you through every step of the divorce and co-parenting process with focused and specific guidance on how to navigate this transition for your family.  

    • 20 hours of phone or Zoom support: Includes above support plus unlimited email support, availability for one-off questions and urgent issues.

  • Expanded Support:

  • Includes above dedicated support for more complex financial or emotional situations to provide full and expanded support for difficult situations, plus weekly check-ins and the ability to work with lawyers to reduce overall cost of divorce.

  • Custom personal support to heal, energetically neutralize, and hold space for heightened emotions and provide a stabilizing and balancing energetic container to facilitate deep healing rather than additional family pain.

• Contentious Divorce Support:

  • Includes above expanded support for contentious divorce, including narcissistic personalities and high trauma situations.

  • In-depth lawyer involvement (untangling issues and acting as go-between with lawyers) and/or court cases to reduce length and overall cost of divorce.

  • Custom Trauma-Focused energetic support and space holding to elevate and neutralize interpersonal and familial energetic dynamics.

  • Custom Trauma-Sensitive Somatic Healing for individuals and/or family to navigate and minimize current & future trauma, and to help facilitate healing of past trauma.
