* Use the Guided Practice (17min) at minute 2:30 as part of your daily practice of dropping in and connecting to your body.
* Use the Self-Love Space Holding Meditation (~15 min) at minute 32:40 to move through body pain, emotions, anxiety & overwhelm and to hold space for yourself on a daily basis or in intense times. This is great to do before bed!
